Huang Jin Gui can be translated as "Golden Osmanthus" and beside the Ti Kuan Yin Oolong is one of the most popular Chinese Oolong tea. Like many of the best Oolong teas the Huang Jin Gui is produced in the province Fujian, close to the city of Anxi. The Golden Osmanthus has a yellowish green leaf and a yellow infusion.
Brewing time 2-3 minutes. Brewing temperature 80-90 degree C. Dosage 1 teaspoon per cup, about 10g per liter.
